Refund policy
Once you have ordered online, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order details.
Orders are despatched regularly via Aramex Australia, and shipping time frames are estimated at three to ten business days, depending on your location in Australia. You will receive an email with a tracking code when orders are shipped.
As wine is perishable and can be affected by extremes of temperature, we may delay the shipment of your wine during conditions of temperature extremes. If this is the case, we will contact you and advise you of the delay.
Also, due to the Liquor Licensing Laws, wine may no longer be just left but must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age.
On receipt of the wine, if it is damaged please advise us straight away. We are unable to refund wine from this sale, but will assist you with damaged stock, of course.
