Legal Drinking Age
It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age in Australia. By entering & confirming payment details in our online wine shop, or if arranging private tastings, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older. In the case of international orders, you are confirming you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence.

Payment, Shipping and Delivery
By registering your details to purchase wine online from Farquhar Vineyards, your pricing for freight and shipping will be calculated based on your delivery address and membership status. No obligation to sell the goods will arise until we accept your order and receive payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with us.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Credit card details are transmitted through a secure server using Stripe payment gateway. Card data is not kept after processing.
Orders are dispatched regularly. We prefer to dispatch to a street address – please contact us if you require it to be delivered to a PO Box. Shipping time frames are estimated at between three to ten business days within Australia, depending on your location. If our nominated contractor does not deliver to a remote or specific location, we will advise you of the nearest possible delivery point.
While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we do not guarantee delivery on that date and we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.
Anyone at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. The recipient of the delivery must be 18 years of age or older. Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
