Aglianico is grown mainly in the Basilicata and Campania regions of Italy. Deep garnet in colour with aromas of aromatic spice and cherry, A wine with savoury, fruitcake spices, dark chocolate, herbal notes and soft tannins. A surprising good 'food' wine as its taste changes depending on the food being eaten and enhances the food flavours of all influences.
